Toromont Cat is looking for a Steam Cleaner/Painter to join our team at the Winnipeg Branch!
Pay Type: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: $30.07

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Demonstrate safe, environmentally responsible, and healthy work practices at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Operate high-volume pressure washing equipment safely and professionally to clean new, used, and rental equipment while maintaining Toromont's standards for quality and presentation.
- Clean and detail operator stations on new, used, and rental equipment to ensure a professional appearance and readiness for delivery.
- Perform paint touch-ups and application on decals on new, used, and rental equipment to maintain equipment appearance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Service Advisors to prioritize equipment cleaning, detailing, and touch-up activities.
- Inspect and prepare new and used equipment to ensure machines leave the yard in a clean, safe, and customer‐ready condition.
- Complete service reports and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards and best practices.
Must-haves for this role:
- Minimum post-secondary education.
- Relevant work experience operating various types of Heavy Equipment.
