- Lead all maintenance operations across Canadian bases

- Provide leadership to Base Leads and personnel
- Oversee training and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge of airworthiness and safety regulations
- Strong leadership capabilities in dynamic settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy; AME License preferred
