As Barber Manager, you set the standard for all the Barbers in your team. The Barber Manager will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will also support the team guidelines and requests from Shop Leadership. It is important that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets. You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun's experience.

Required Qualifications And Skills:
- Demonstrates a high level across all haircut styles, fades and on trend styling as well as all shave services
- An extensive knowledge in upselling techniques/retail offering
- Ability to develop close working relationships with the National Education Team and Barbers
- Understanding of all industry trends
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Master excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Bring familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset!)
- Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
