You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Mill Operations. Extensive travel supports customer engagement, partner oversight, and regional market development. Key Responsibilities:
Develop demand for Tolko-branded products across customer and channel needs Identify new leads, accounts, markets, and product opportunities Build relationships with industrial customers, distributors, dealers, and associations Research customer requirements, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities Translate market intelligence into actionable commercial recommendations Requirements:
Minimum five years’ relevant sales or market development experience Post-secondary education in business, engineering, forestry, or wood science Previous wood products industry experience, including manufacturing or distribution Strong financial, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work collaboratively Bring customer development, market analysis, and wood products experience to Tolko’s industrial sales team in Vernon.
