Tolko seeks an analytical Maintenance Reliability Engineer for Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, focused on predictive maintenance, project execution, and equipment troubleshooting. In this Reliability Engineer position, you will report to the maintenance manager and lead a small team. You will partner with colleagues to implement solutions, recognize contributions, and manage reliability improvements from planning through closing. The work supports Meadow Lake OSB manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of predictive and preventative maintenance projects Report directly to the maintenance manager Partner with teams to solve problems and implement solutions Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close reliability projects Understand and troubleshoot equipment through blueprints and designs Requirements:
Strong communication skills Experience working in a manufacturing environment Project management experience RCA, RCFA, and FMEA proficiency Preventive maintenance development and data analysis experience Use communication, project management, and predictive maintenance expertise to improve equipment reliability with Tolko’s Meadow Lake team.
