Lead tailored demos and complex labs for Toast’s international restaurant customers in a hybrid solutions leadership role. Apply REST APIs and solution architecture expertise. Toast is hiring a senior solutions leader for upmarket deals involving more than 15 locations. You will support restaurant groups across the UK and Ireland, Canada, and Australia. The work spans integrations, security reviews, go-live ownership, and executive customer conversations. Key Responsibilities:
Run discovery-led demos for multi-stakeholder buying committees Build labs, track issues, and drive decisions Architect integrations across enterprise restaurant technology stacks Lead security, compliance, and technical RFP reviews Build the international upmarket solutions function Requirements:
Seven or more years in solutions architecture, engineering, or consulting Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise deals Fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows Experience with PCI DSS and international privacy regimes Willingness to travel across three markets, thirty percent or more Bring executive presence, integration fluency, and lab leadership to Toast’s international upmarket solutions organization.
