As a Senior Specialist, TSX Listings, you will support capital formation and market integrity across Canadian capital markets. TMX relies on this position to manage transaction records, communicate listing policies, and maintain operational excellence. The work combines analytical judgment, regulatory communication, and detailed workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing systems and databases for disclosure and transaction records
- Draft and review regulatory correspondence, bulletins, and transaction materials
- Process electronic Personal Information Forms under exchange policies
- Communicate filing requirements and TSX listing policies to issuers
- Support Senior Managers and provide specialist workflow coverage
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional exposure to capital markets and securities industry
- Exceptional written and verbal regulatory communication skills
- Analytical judgment, problem-solving ability, and disciplined execution
- Advanced Microsoft Office and enterprise database software proficiency
