This Administrator, Investor Services position handles daily processing connected with services provided to transfer agency issuer clients. The central focus is meeting issuer regulatory responsibilities for annual meeting and related material distribution. You will maintain detailed service knowledge, address payment and security-transfer questions, update tracking systems, and identify complaints or service trends for supervisory review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily transfer agency service processing
- Research replacement requests for lost dividend payments
- Forward payments to security holders
- Liaise with Tax Group on relevant tax forms
- Advise supervisors about complaints and service trends
Requirements:
- One to three years in a similar role
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
- Business, English, or writing skills education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- French and English bilingualism considered an asset
