Optimize field service schedules through analytical planning, customer communication, and skilled technician coordination within TMC's employeneurship model.
As a Field Services Planner, you will prioritize backlog interventions and assign work orders across the next three months. You will balance customer requirements, service-level agreements, materials, certified Field Service Representative availability, and operational efficiency. The position also supports work order accuracy, intervention execution, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize interventions by customer type, contracts, availability, and resources
- Schedule work orders while minimizing travel, idle time, and overtime
- Confirm intervention details and communicate constraints proactively
- Monitor execution and reschedule or cancel interventions when required
- Maintain work order data and support planning improvement meetings
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with one to two years
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills and proactive self-management
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge of Schneider products
