You will oversee key retail functions while supporting sales, expenses, customer service, and store efficiency. The position requires leadership across frontline, backroom, cash office, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and markdowns. You will also coordinate action plans, company initiatives, and succession planning input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key operations across frontline, backroom, and cash office
- Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, markdowns, and merchandising
- Minimize shrink and damages through operational programs
- Implement strategies supporting sales, expense, and service targets
- Improve store layout, efficiency, and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
- Assistant or Store Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of store operations and customer service
- Understanding of health and safety and people management
- Strong follow-through implementing tasks and initiatives
