The role covers store operations, merchandising, loss prevention, customer service, and expense management. You will also implement initiatives, develop talent, and coordinate operational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales results, expense management, and store performance
- Oversee merchandising, frontline, backroom, and cash office operations
- Train, develop, mentor, and empower Associates
- Implement projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes
- Coordinate loss prevention programs and improve store efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
- Experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Ability to lead, develop, and empower large teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in operations, merchandising, and loss prevention
