As Assistant Store Manager with TJX Canada, you will help create an inclusive, supportive environment for Associates and customers. You will oversee store operations while supporting sales results, expense management, merchandising, and customer service. The position requires retail leadership experience, organizational ability, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales results and manage store expenses
- Oversee merchandising, backroom, frontline, and cash office operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor Associates
- Implement action plans, targets, initiatives, and store changes
- Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
- Experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Ability to lead, develop, and empower large teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in operations, merchandising, and loss prevention
