Lead Azure infrastructure and operations modernization for TJX Canada’s technology portfolio from the Mississauga home office. Influence designs, deployments, and support across stores. As Staff Technology Operations Lead, you will work within the Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio Team. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Stores Engineering teams. Your work will support front and back of stores systems while improving portfolio management practices, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Engineer modernizing front and back of stores systems
- Prioritize technology work, provide guidance, and resolve issues
- Influence software solution design, deployment, and support
- Develop standards and tools for monitoring and analysis
- Reduce operational burden through continuous process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated ability using Splunk for log analysis
- Experience with AppDynamics or similar APM tools
- Apply Azure, Splunk, APIs, and performance monitoring expertise to modernize TJX Canada’s technology operations and stores systems.
