As a Retail E-Commerce Analyst, you will support daily digital operations and continued TimShop.ca growth. The work combines product management, performance reporting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate with Category, Creative & Storytelling, Planning & Inventory, Supply Chain, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing, descriptions, and promotions
- Check website content, functionality, and shopping experience accuracy
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, samples, assets, and timelines
- Monitor availability, stockouts, fulfillment issues, and resolutions
- Maintain dashboards and identify performance improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Approximately one to three years in e-commerce or digital operations
- Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
