You will help deliver new hire training, promotions, openings, and audits while maintaining hospitality and operational standards. The work centers on guest service, coaching, communication, and consistent training practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relocate within designated areas to support restaurant training
- Participate in openings, new hire training, promotions, and audits
- Coach team members on the restaurant floor
- Resolve operational and service issues with follow-up
- Implement training systems and best practices consistently
Requirements:
- One to two years of food service experience
- Availability for flexible shifts and weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Guest service orientation and patience
