Requirements
- Lead the front-of-house team with bold energy to deliver fast, friendly, guest-first service
- Supervise daily operations including shift coverage, workflow, and guest experience standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to meet Tim Hortons service and quality expectations
- Manage cash, POS transactions, and basic reconciliation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant by following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support food service readiness by monitoring inventory, supplies, and reporting low stock
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to protect the Tim Hortons brand
- Follow and enforce company policies, schedules, and performance expectations consistently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations at all times
- Work flexible full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
