As a Restaurant Manager you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.

Responsibilities include
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Why work for us?
