As Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead Tiller’s practice serving mid-market B2B SaaS clients. You will own client outcomes, develop teams, and strengthen systems across paid media, CRO, SEO, AEO/GEO, and analytics. This senior, hands-on leadership role requires deep paid media expertise and confident performance assessment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance marketing department effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement Review paid accounts, campaigns, targeting, budgets, creative, and conversion performance Set standards across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, and StackAdapt Oversee CRO, experimentation, SEO, AEO/GEO, analytics, and technical QA Recruit, coach, develop, and manage departmental performance Requirements:
Bring 15+ years of relevant performance marketing experience Demonstrate substantial hands-on paid media expertise and team leadership Develop B2B paid media programs, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads Understand GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting Communicate confidently with clients and colleagues while taking ownership Bring senior paid media leadership, conversion optimization expertise, and B2B SaaS understanding to Tiller’s Calgary practice.
