Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Bowmanville, Ontario. The successful candidate will provide patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in a professional, supportive, and discreet clinical environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Order and review laboratory testing and diagnostic investigations as appropriate. Provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up care. Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality. Collaborate with the team to support clinical operations and patient experience. Uphold professional standards and evidence-based clinical practices.
Qualifications
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner. Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills. Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and evidence-based practice. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing team.
