We're looking for a Bakery Supervisor who's passionate about creating delightful experiences for our customers and supporting a great in-store team.
You'll play a key role in leading daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, freshness, and excellent service while helping the team bring our bakery vision to life.

- Lead, train, and support bakery team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, engaging work environment.
- Oversee daily production, merchandising, and product presentation to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste while meeting sales and margin targets.
