We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Manager
to lead digital product strategy, planning, and delivery within a complex IT environment.
5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services, including large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Proven expertise in defining
product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
aligned with business priorities.
Strong hands-on experience with
Agile, Scrum, Lean product development, and cross-functional team collaboration .
Expertise in
backlog management, prioritization, release planning, and translating business needs into actionable requirements and user stories .
Experience defining and tracking
KPIs , conducting product discovery, and delivering user-centric digital products.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and product documentation skills, including product demos and roadmapping sessions.
Nice to have:
Public sector experience, including familiarity with digital standards, accessibility, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
