Lead SafeSend’s AI-driven product evolution with platform, API, and workflow expertise in a flexible hybrid work environment. You will own SafeSend across Gather, Organizers, e-Sign, Delivery, Returns, and Extensions. You will shape one connected Gather & Deliver experience for firms and taxpayers. The mandate includes reusable workflow components, open APIs, orchestration, and CoCounsel integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the SafeSend portfolio through tax-filing peaks
- Converge SafeSend and TaxCaddy into one experience
- Componentize workflows across the CoCounsel platform
- Expand APIs, events, integrations, and orchestration
- Deliver agentic Gather through CoCounsel
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years in product management
- Director or senior product management leadership experience
- Platform, API, or developer-facing product experience
- Experience converging products without disrupting customers
- Fluency with AI extraction, agents, and orchestration
- Lead SafeSend’s platform strategy through composable workflows, open APIs, AI-driven preparation, and trusted tax delivery experiences.
