As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the Operations Manager, site teams, and departments within a residential construction environment. Your work includes ERP support, reporting, production tracking, documentation, scheduling, and communication. The position suits an organized coordinator comfortable managing multiple priorities, systems, and operational follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and maintain purchase orders
- Enter operational data and maintain company systems
- Support ERP setup, validation, and workflow activities
- Track production, schedules, reports, and outstanding items
- Coordinate information across office and field teams
Requirements:
- Two to four years in administration, operations, construction, purchasing, or coordination
- Residential construction or homebuilding experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills and business systems experience
- Newstar experience is an asset
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-up skills
