Key Responsibilities:
- Build high-accuracy 3D earthworks models from 2D drawings
- Generate cut/fill maps and material quantities for estimating
- Create comparison surfaces for bid preparation
- Identify grading conflicts in consultant drawings
- Produce visualizations and reports to support submissions
Requirements:
- 10+ years in earthworks modelling or civil construction estimating
- Proficient in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, and Excel
- Deep understanding of grading and drainage methods
- Experience with UAV/LiDAR data is an asset
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
