Lead experimentation strategy and analysis for GAIN clients in Vancouver’s hybrid workplace, using data interpretation and conversion expertise daily. As an Experimentation Consultant, you own day-to-day client experimentation programs and deliver work supporting account success. You research opportunities, develop hypotheses, prioritize tests, and analyze outcomes. You also manage client communication, relationships, expectations, and recommendations across stakeholders. Research data, calculate statistics, and draw experiment conclusions Develop experimentation roadmaps from detailed datasets Create technically feasible experiments using advanced expertise Present engaging insights and actionable recommendations Manage stakeholder relationships and client expectations Requirements:
Two or more years in experimentation, CRO, analytics, or strategy Hands-on experience analyzing A/B test results Understanding of significance, sample size, and result trustworthiness Experience using analytics and behavioural platforms Clear, confident stakeholder communication and sound judgment Bring experimentation strategy, statistical analysis, and client relationship management to GAIN’s Vancouver hybrid consulting team.
