You will engage with technologies like Opsgenie, Zabbix, and Grafana, contributing to infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes. Your collaborative work across various teams ensures effective incident response and compliance with auditing standards in our remote-first setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Zabbix for system monitoring across platforms
- Build operational dashboards with Grafana
- Analyze and improve alert management processes
- Write Ansible playbooks for deployment automation
- Document incidents, root causes, and solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Must obtain Secret Level Clearance
- Hands-on experience with monitoring frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting and Linux environments
