This Art Director role suits a Designer who has advanced into art direction or a Senior Designer ready for that step. You will create visually driven work across digital, social, content, and integrated channels. The position combines conceptual thinking with hands-on design execution. Key Responsibilities:
Concept and art direct campaigns across digital, social, content, and integrated platforms Develop visual concepts and directions from brief through final execution Create layouts, key visuals, mood boards, and polished assets Present creative concepts and design rationale to teams and clients Guide Designers while maintaining strong creative craft standards Requirements:
Five or more years in design and creative roles Strong graphic design foundation rooted in hands-on work Portfolio demonstrating visual craft, conceptual thinking, and art direction Typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual storytelling skills Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Bring art direction, design execution, and visual storytelling to Thinkingbox campaigns serving digital, social, and integrated audiences.
