About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Commerce product. You’ll shape the strategic vision for Commerce and decide how we match the market where we need to and where we build Thinkific Commerce to be more differentiated.

Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:

• Define the strategic vision for our Commerce product, integrating market insights, customer needs, and business outcomes.
• Execute with quality and depth, taking the time to fully solve customer problems.
• Own a wide surface area, including payment processing integrations, pricing and packaging changes, customer onboarding, and site building.
• Work AI-first across feedback triage, competitive insight, scoping, and prototyping.
• Stay deeply connected to our customers by talking with them regularly.
• Drive measurable outcomes by defining success metrics and tracking impact on revenue, conversion, retention, and Plus wins.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

The person we have in mind likely:

• Has 6+ years of experience in product management in mid-size companies.
• Has at least 2 years product managing commerce products specifically.
• Has a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution.
• Is customer-obsessed and has a strong foundation in Jobs-to-be-Done.
• Demonstrates an exceptional ability to synthesize data, market trends, and customer feedback into strategic product decisions.
• Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:

• Experience in e-commerce or online learning.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, customer acquisition strategies, and monetization models.

The recruitment compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
