Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market: Integrations to join our product team. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. If you are located near one of our hubs (Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days.
Accounting sits at the center of how a law firm operates. Every hour logged, bill sent, and payment received has to land correctly on the books. Clio is an extensible platform, and our goal is to build the best accounting integrations in legal, so that data moves between a firm's practice management and accounting systems seamlessly and accurately.
Your team owns Clio's accounting integrations end to end: maintaining and improving our existing QuickBooks Online and Xero integrations, delivering new ones, and setting the strategy for where the portfolio goes next. The team is also accountable for how those integrations meet the rest of Clio, so that billing, time tracking, and payments move into a firm's accounting system cleanly and stay in sync. This is a domain where accuracy is not optional and compliance is not negotiable.
What You'll Work On:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute a product vision and roadmap for accounting integrations that balances compliance requirements, the needs of the firms using them, and the capabilities and constraints of the platforms we connect to.
- Customer and Domain Depth: Build deep relationships with firm administrators, bookkeepers, accountants, and managing partners to understand how financial decisions are made inside legal practices.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate across Billing, Payments, Reporting, and Platform teams to ensure Accounting integrates seamlessly into the broader Clio product ecosystem.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS — ideally in FinTech, accounting software, or business operations tools.
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.
- An exceptional communicator — equally comfortable presenting strategy to executives and getting into the weeds on technical requirements with developers.
- Proactively collaborative with a proven ability to work across and align multiple teams and functions to deliver outcomes that matter to both customers and the business.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outcomes-focused: you obsess over impact, not output.
- Customer-obsessed: you talk to customers regularly, bring their voice into every decision.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in legal tech or an adjacent regulated industry.
- Familiarity with trust accounting regulations or legal-specific compliance requirements.
- Background working with accounting integrations or building FinTech data pipelines.
