Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives

Requirements:
- Seven to ten plus years of Process Engineering experience
- Strong Payments domain knowledge across HVP and LVP
- Experience with SWIFT, ISO 20022, and Liquidity Management
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS, or BPR
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Use payment operations, process redesign, and stakeholder management expertise to advance transformation in Toronto’s Payments organization.
