Lead strategic marketing for Rapid Fire Theatre in Edmonton, using campaign analytics and digital marketing to grow awareness and ticket sales. Coordinate marketing across RFT’s performances, festivals, workshops, and events. The Marketing Manager reports to the Executive Director and serves on the Administrative team. This directorial position leads the Marketing team and coordinates all marketing efforts. Responsibilities span strategy, brand management, website oversight, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, reporting, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies with the Executive and Artistic Directors Plan campaigns across outdoor, digital, print, social, and events Oversee website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media initiatives Analyze performance, ROI, KPIs, and customer feedback Lead marketing professionals and foster departmental collaboration Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience At least two years managing or leading Strong marketing principles, techniques, and best practices Analytical mindset supporting data-driven decisions WordPress, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics experience Bring strategic planning, digital marketing, analytics, and empowering leadership to Rapid Fire Theatre’s Edmonton marketing team.
