Greenhouse is searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Employer Experience & Talent Discovery team. You’ll contribute to Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related employer-facing experiences across the stack, with a focus on OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and practical applications of AI to matching, ranking, and search relevance.
