WalterFedy seeks an Architectural Technologist to translate design intent into coordinated, buildable documentation. You will develop detailed models, construction documents, and technical details while supporting projects through contract administration. The work spans documentation, coordination, quality control, and construction-stage technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate schematic designs into technically sound, buildable solutions
- Develop Revit BIM models, drawings, details, schedules, and sets
- Coordinate architectural systems and high-performance envelope assemblies
- Integrate codes, zoning bylaws, and regulatory requirements
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and product data
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Two to four or more years in architectural practice
- Advanced Revit proficiency and working AutoCAD knowledge
- Understanding of Canadian and Ontario building codes
- Strong coordination, communication, organization, and quality-control skills
