WalterFedy seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 2 support across its Western Canada offices. This role combines independent work and collaboration with a team primarily based in Ontario. Key responsibilities include managing networks, supporting security operations, and administering IT systems with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 ITIL-aligned support within service levels
- Perform root-cause analysis and escalate issues efficiently
- Administer and troubleshoot multi-site networks and firewalls
- Support security operations and maintain compliance
- Manage end-user system imaging and deployments
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of IT support experience in Tier 2 environments
- Strong networking skills, including LAN/WAN and VPN
- Knowledge of security practices, MFA, and incident response
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
