Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients promptly, courteously, and helpfully
- Verify patient information and update demographic and insurance records
- Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments using computerized systems
- Answer, screen, route, and document telephone calls
- Collect copays, balance payments, and reconcile daily batches
Requirements:
- High school graduation
- Previous related experience
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
