You will supervise field staff, support client relationships, and collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Fleet, Human Resources, and OHS. This position requires construction management experience and traffic-control awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, work distribution, and relief needs Supervise Dispatch, Fleet, and on-site traffic employees Support and guide LCTs and TCPs Address client, public, and employee complaints Ensure health, safety, and company-policy compliance Requirements:
