As Vice President, Advanced Client Analytics, you will build, manage, and operationalize an AI and Agent enabled Client Insights Factory. The function integrates client feedback, operational signals, Open Banking information, and financial data. Its purpose is to inform client-level decisions through predictive modelling, advanced analytics, and client experience economics. Key Responsibilities:
Integrate Voice of Customer signals across surveys, complaints, social, and frontline feedback Analyze experience drivers, segmentation, root causes, and financial impact Develop predictive insights for attrition, complaints, service failure, and promoter growth Build the enterprise Voice of Customer platform and root-cause hierarchy Enable Natural Language Processing and AI monitoring for client experiences Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline MBA considered an asset Experience with advanced analytics and predictive modelling Knowledge of client feedback and financial data Ability to link client experience with financial outcomes Shape TD’s client intelligence function through AI, predictive analytics, and financial linkage from Toronto.
