The State Group seeks a BIM Project Coordinator to manage model coordination throughout project lifecycles. You will support electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines while maintaining accurate information. This position requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee BIM model creation, maintenance, and integration
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve identified clashes
- Develop BIM Execution Plans and software protocols
- Manage BIM data, templates, content, and documentation
- Train teams on BIM software, tools, and processes
Requirements:
- Five or more years in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines
- Knowledge of BIM standards and information management processes
- CPIC clearance and downtown Toronto jobsite availability
