• Update and organize company policies and procedures inregards to training, development and company culture
• Assessorganizationaltraininganddevelopmentneedsthroughsurveys,interviewsand
• communicationwith employees.
• Stayup to date with the latest trends in learning and development
• Developtraining plans and materials to fulfill specific training needs
• Hostand facilitate various training groups
• Usevarious training formats including in person, virtual training, and videos
• Ensurecompliance training needs are met

People Development

• Managethe People Development Program
• Maintaincontent and administrative details
• Ensureemployee success and engagement rates
• Coordinateandhelpsupportspecialevents,sponsorshipsandprojectswithinour community
• Actively manages the Culture Committee and delegatesroles and task efficiently

Customer Relations

• Respondtoescalatedcustomerinquiriesonlineandoverthephone,includingconflict resolutions

Staff Management

• Managestaff through training, support, motivationand assigning duties
• Provide leadership, ensuring exceptional people developmentadministration, and handling employee suggestions or concerns

Reporting

Requirements

• Minimumof 5 years retail experience
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Abilityto effectively teach/develop others to the next level
• Strongcommunication skills and attention to detail
• Abilityto interact and communicate with people clearly without personal bias
