About the role
Our client is modernizing how we hire. We're looking for a Talent AcquisitionAssistant to support the launch our new applicant tracking system (ATS) withADP and support recruiting across the company.
What you\'ll do
- Support the fullimplementation of a new ATS
- Support hiring fromsourcing through to second-round interviews, including employer brand, jobpostings, ATS management and candidate selection
- Represent CCM at careerfairs when needed.
- Work with hiringmanagers from requisition through ATS close-out
- Coordinate offerapprovals with the Director, Human Resources
- Support the HR Team withATS setup, platform management, and sourcing tools
Requirements
What we\'re looking for
- Recruiting experience ispreferred
- Construction industryexperience is preferred
- Comfortable with HRtechnology and AI; ADP experience is an asset
- Organized, proactive anda strong communicator
