Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing nursing department care
- Deliver and receive reports at each shift
- Lead nursing assessments of residents' needs
- Monitor residents for their physical and emotional well-being
- Administer and supervise medications as required
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Two or more years in a geriatric setting
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to adapt and work as a team
