The Salvation Army seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to assess physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs. You will provide nursing care under policies, procedures, technology, and FHA standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient, resident, and family strengths and limitations
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Provide nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes

- Operate equipment supporting patient and resident care
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
- Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- One year recent related gerontological nursing experience
- Current Level 1 First Aid Certificate
- Ability to administer medications within BCCNM scope
