Lead annual giving strategy at The Royal Conservatory in Toronto, using donor acquisition, retention, and performance data within a hybrid arrangement. Reporting to the Managing Director, Development, the Director provides strategic and operational leadership for RCM’s annual giving program. You will align fundraising activity with institutional priorities, revenue goals, and audience engagement initiatives. The position leads the annual giving team and builds a pipeline of future major and transformational donors. Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual giving strategy, operating plans, forecasts, and performance measures Lead, coach, and manage the Manager, Annual Giving Acquire, retain, renew, and upgrade annual donors Coordinate donor referrals between Annual Giving and Individual Giving Report revenue, participation, retention, acquisition, and return-on-investment performance Requirements:
Minimum seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience Success leading annual giving or broad-based fundraising programs Experience managing and coaching staff effectively Strong donor data, segmentation, and digital fundraising knowledge Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft 365 Bring fundraising leadership, donor strategy, and data-informed decision-making to annual giving at The Royal Conservatory.
