Youth recovery programs need compassionate leadership and case support. At REACH Foundation, coordinate Building Your Foundation in Charlottetown, PEI, full-time.
As Program Coordinator, you will work directly with the Program Manager and Program Team. Support youth under 30 experiencing homelessness or housing challenges, including mental health or addictions challenges. Facilitate group activities, provide one-on-one assistance, and help participants build healthy routines and essential skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one case support, referrals, advocacy, and appointment assistance
- Organize daily activities for Building Your Foundation participants
- Support personal goals through encouragement and practical assistance
- Maintain confidential client records and respect participant privacy
- Conduct outreach with service providers and potential participants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social science or equivalent
- Experience leading programs or instructional sessions
- Experience supporting youth with mental health or addictions challenges
- Valid driver's license and Driver's Abstract
- English language proficiency
