As Deputy General Manager, you will support the Hotel Director across daily hotel operations. You will coordinate communication across departments, liaise with group support functions, and help maintain THE PIG's high standards. The role requires significant hospitality management experience, plus premium casual dining or high-volume restaurant knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the floor with staff across all departments
- Drive excellent standards throughout daily hotel operations
- Encourage training, development, and cross-training activities
- Review costs, budgets, room rates, and revenue
- Deputise for the Hotel Director during their absence
Requirements:
- Significant demonstrable hospitality management experience
- High-volume operations delivery competency
- Premium casual dining restaurant knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
