In this role, you will lead highway maintenance operations while ensuring compliance with the Ministry Directed Maintenance Contract. As a supervisor, you will allocate resources, provide daily coaching, and coordinate with MTO representatives to optimize safety and performance across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure MDMC compliance and performance standards
- Optimize personnel and equipment usage
- Build strong relationships with MTO and key stakeholders
- Coach Patrol Supervisors for effective operations
- Oversee fleet management and lifecycle maintenance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in highway maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Valid Class G Driver's License; DZ preferred
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost evaluation
- Understanding of OH&S regulations and MTO specifications
