Lead finance strategy and controllership at InnPower in Innisfil, overseeing IFRS reporting, financial operations, and utility billing across affiliated entities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director provides strategic and operational leadership across InnPower, InnServices Utilities Inc., and affiliated corporations. The position oversees accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, settlements, billing, internal controls, and financial planning. It also supports capital investment decisions, risk management, compliance, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead accounting and financial operations across affiliated corporations Oversee IFRS reporting, regulatory filings, disclosures, and external audits Direct operating budgets, capital budgets, forecasting, and financial planning Maintain internal controls, governance, compliance, and audit recommendations Coach Finance Managers and Billing and Settlements Manager Requirements:
University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline CPA designation in good standing Minimum ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience Minimum five years of senior leadership experience Expertise in IFRS, external reporting, controls, and financial governance Bring senior finance leadership, utility reporting expertise, and controllership experience to InnPower’s Innisfil operations and affiliated entities.
