Drive process improvement for The Magnum Ice Cream Company using industrial engineering, data analysis, and technical problem solving. Work directly with manufacturing line crews. As a Process Engineer, you will eliminate production losses, reduce waste, and support factories pursuing zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses. The role applies focused improvement methods, develops standards, validates improvements, and supports digital activities. It suits experienced professionals from manufacturing, maintenance, quality, engineering, production, or similar technical environments. Key Responsibilities:
Eliminate waste and losses through UMS prioritization methods Create technical standards supporting stable production line processes Implement Run to Standard data analysis and problem solving Train line crews on standards and basic condition restoration Validate process improvements and establish revised line conditions Requirements:
Previous industrial experience; this is not entry-level Strong understanding of industrial processes and problem solving Strong digital and data-analysis skills Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps Continuous improvement or manufacturing excellence experience preferred Apply industrial process expertise, digital analysis, and technical training to reduce losses across The Magnum Ice Cream Company factories.
