Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with busy insurance litigation practices
- Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
- Assemble pleadings, affidavits, motion records, and facta electronically
- Schedule discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and court conferences
- File pleadings online and coordinate court document filings
Requirements:
- Five to ten years as a litigation assistant
- Preferably experience in an insurance defence environment
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, and Soluno
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
