We are seeking a superstar civil litigation lawyer, preferably with 3+ years of experience, to provide excellent customer service to our clients and independently carry their own case load. Powell Litigation is a boutique litigation firm that assists individuals and small to medium-sized businesses with a host of interesting litigation matters, including real estate disputes, business disputes, defamation, and debt collection.

What Your Day To Day Would Look Like
You would be fully responsible for the day-to-day carriage of litigation files ranging from real estate litigation to commercial litigation to defamation. With the assistance of a law clerk, you would be responsible for ensuring that clients are never in the dark about their case and that all steps that can be done on a file are done on a timely basis. You will draft pleadings and correspondence and attend motions, applications, and trials. You will be part of a tightknit team of exceptional lawyers and support staff, where you will have autonomy over your files, be given opportunities to develop mastery in the field, and enjoy a strong sense of purpose in your work.
